I had a workers compensation claim filed with attorney Brian Dougherty. First of all, anyone getting into this beast of a field needs to have one thing: patience. I have none and definitely annoyed my attorney a lot but he stuck with me and answered all phone calls, emails, and texts promptly. He is smart and knows the players and how the game works. Even though my case could have moved along quicker as far as a QME panel in the beginning, once it did get going with the QME he was aggressive and on top of it. After a little over a year of being litigated my claim has finally settled. Unfortunately, I knew it was going to be an uphill climb because my prior employer is super shady and cheap so I knew they were going to put up a huge fight. If you are reading this you may get luckier than me though! If not, trust Brian that he will get you a good settlement in the end and fight for your claim.”
